PDE Clinic, owned by Dr. Karem Mahmoud and Dr. Karim, is a sophisticated healthcare facility located in Wellcare Mall, 5th Settlement. Spanning an area of 140 square meters, this project was meticulously designed from scratch to create a cutting-edge medical center.
The clinic boasts a strategic layout, intelligently divided into four separate clinics, a sterilization room, a welcoming reception area, two private restrooms for doctors, and a dedicated accounting office. To meet the specific needs of the medical professionals, the space also includes an X-ray room.
The challenge was met with innovation, addressing how to optimize the area’s utilization and implementing a unique design approach for a dental clinic. The project was successfully completed in eight months, showcasing IVEC Contracting’s expertise in delivering comprehensive solutions within specific timelines.
