Eng. Mina Raafat

Born in 1994, Eng. Mina is a graduate of the Ain Shams Construction Faculty of Engineering, completing his studies from 2012 to 2017. With over seven years of practical experience in the construction market, he brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the IVEC team.

Eng. Mina’s journey in the industry began immediately after graduation, with hands-on experience gained even before completing his formal education. Growing up in a family immersed in construction, he developed a strong foundation and a keen eye for detail. Known for his perseverance and meticulous approach, Eng. Mina has been a driving force behind significant projects since the early stages of his career.

His initial projects included the construction of administrative headquarters for DB Shinker, a collaboration with Swift and I.T.S. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in the successful execution of these crucial ventures. Eng. Mina’s commitment extended to the development of rental spaces for international shipping companies, showcasing his dedication to precision and project intricacies.

Beyond project execution, Eng. Mina’s background in concrete work, influenced by early collaboration with his father, instilled a commitment to precision and quality. As part of his continuous professional growth, Eng. Mina has played a pivotal role in expanding IVEC’s operations, taking on leadership responsibilities and contributing to the training and development of the team.
